Having done Tribal Bellydance made for much easier labour, I think because of the pelvic floor exercises and the soothing figure 8's during contractions. I would also recommend it as a good form of excersise when you're pregnant becasue it's relatively low impact, puts no stress on the baby and makes you feel healthy! And - something that often flies out the windo when youre preggies -
